James has been sailing with the Victoria Sailing School since 1996.
A healthy, athletic 56 year old Brit and has been sailing for about 45 years, many of those in the waters of the UK, the Med, the California and Florida coasts, the Caribbean and New England. He has been an American Sailing Association Instructor for 14 years. In his leisure time, can be found teaching people to sail in Denver, New England and the Caribbean. I love to introduce people to the world of sailing.
He raises seeing-eye dogs for Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael, CA. He volunteers as a carpenter with Habitat for Humanity, helping to build affordable housing in the Denver area and is creating a national level collaboration between the US Croquet Association and the US Alzheimer's Association. He also enjoys gardening, camping and hiking in his adopted state of Colorado.
